BARBOUNIA AND THE CITY

Ayer leí este fragmento de un fotógrafo al cual admiro y con quien estoy tomando un curso en linea:

"Story dictates all your actions as a photographer. 

What do you want to tell the world with your pictures? 

What is your unique perspective on the world and how are you going to show that to people in an image? 

Often, it’s just that you’re creating intrigue. 

You’re creating questions… It doesn’t matter what it is, but just think that you want all your pictures to have some sort of a story in there.

The Holy Grail of everything we do is to create pictures that you want to go back to time and time again - that you want to print, that you put on a wall, that take you somewhere, that make you ask questions - then you’ve really, really succeeded.

Tengo mas de 15 años haciendo foto, y tambien combato por evolucionar/trascender el terrible síndrome del impostor que me nubla con estúpida comparación y perfeccionismo la capacidad de progresar en mis técnicas, la estética de mi arte y como le percibo. 

¡Ya basta!

Amo constar historias, y mi ojo las captura de esa manera que ni siquiera viste venir. Como si vivieras tu propia película, como si aun estuvieras en la realidad paralela del sueno que tuviste despierto. 

Me gusta narrar momentos que se perciben naturales pero que hacen sentir a mi actor principal etéreo.
